We take good care of your spa.
Whether it's the water not getting hot, one of the jets no longer working or simply no power left on the unit; our service team will always fix the problem for you. While some problems are easier to fix than others, our team has the training and experience to get to the bottom of the problem. Their goal is to provide you with quality service and get your spa up and running as quickly as possible. Don't try to solve the problem yourself, but turn to someone who knows how to do the job. That way you will save yourself a lot of stress and hassle.
Energy efficient.
Sundance® Spas are among the most energy-efficient on the market. In most cases, energy costs are significantly lower than comparable spas. Keep in mind, however, that these costs can vary depending on the size of your spa, its location and how often it is used. To keep the cost of your spa as low as possible, we recommend using an energy-efficient setting and installing a safe Sundance® spa cover and cover lifter.
Storage of chemicals.
Save money and extend the life of your test strips and chemical maintenance products by storing them safely.
Ensure an even temperature
Extreme hot and cold temperatures can damage and/or shorten the shelf life of test strips and chemicals. Do not store chemicals in direct sunlight, near heaters, or in hot places such as attics.
Bring chemicals indoors in colder temperatures.
Keeps them dry
Store chemical supplies in a tightly sealed box and make sure it stays closed. Do not place the box directly on the ground or concrete; make sure it is on an elevation. In addition, make sure any caps are tightly closed after each use.
Store them safely
Keep children and pets away from the chemicals. Keep the original packaging. Decorative packaging is nice, but the originals are best. They contain instructions on how to use and store each chemical, and that way you can be sure not to mix them up.

Pre-filter:
Connect this to your garden hose, if any, to filter your water as you fill your spa. Particularly suitable for hard water, this filter filters in five stages using ion exchange resins.
MicroFiber spa pre-filter:
Remove dirt, sediment, rust and calcium before it even reaches your spa with this disposable pre-filter, which reduces the total amount of dissolved solids in the water.
6-in-1 test strips:
Other strips only measure chlorine up to 1 ppm, but our professional Sundance® Spas Test Strips are designed to measure 0.5 ppm; the ideal number for the CLEARRAY® Water Management System. In addition, they also measure bromine, free chlorine, pH, alkalinity and water hardness.
Filter flosser:
This attachment makes your life easier with a focused Jet that comes exactly where you need it to best clean the filter. Remove dirt and help the filter last longer.
Spray vacuum system:
A little dirt or sand is no problem if you can suck it up with your spa vacuum system.
