This Privacy Statement applies to U.S. and Canadian visitors to the Sundancespas.com website (the "Site"). The Site is controlled, operated and administered by Sundance from the United States.

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other third parties, and any information you provide to a third party is subject to their privacy policies. 2.1 INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

We collect personal information when you voluntarily provide it. "Personal information" is the information that identifies you as an individual. We collect your personal information when you contact us, sign up for an account, register your warranty, use Sundance Services, when you sign up to receive communications from us, or participate in a promotion or survey. We may also keep records of your product interests and the purchases you make

The type of personal data we collect depends on the features of the Sites you use:

Contact Information. We may collect your first and last name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, or other similar contact information.

Account or billing information. We may collect information necessary to process your payment when you make purchases, such as your credit card or bank account information. We may also collect information related to your account, such as your username or password.

Product Information. We may collect product information such as your warranty information, purchase history, or product preferences.

Demographic Information. We may collect demographic information, such as your date of birth, geographic location, or preference for a Sundance® Spas affiliated dealer.

Resume Information. We may collect employment, education and other similar resume information that you submit through our website.

If you choose not to provide us with personal data, you will still have access to our Sites, but may not be able to use a service or access certain functionality of the Sites.

2.2 INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

To improve our sites and services, we collect and use aggregate information that does not identify you. When you visit Sundance Web sites, we may automatically receive the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, your operating system and browser type, the Web pages you visit on our Web site, the address of a referring Web site, and your geographic location. This information is used to operate, maintain and manage our websites and related services. For example, we may calculate the average number of website visitors visiting a particular web page on our website.

2.3 ANALYTICS

We use third-party analytics services to understand how our Sites are visited and used so that we can improve our services. For example, we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and other similar technologies to collect and analyze information about how our Sites are used. Like many other websites, we and our vendors use cookies and other similar technologies to improve our services and your online experience. Cookies are small text files sent by a Web site and stored on your browser while you visit a Web site. Cookies track how you use a Web site and allow the site to remember your preferences. 4.1 TO PROVIDE AND IMPROVE OUR SERVICES

We use your personal information to provide our services and facilitate communication between you, Sundance and authorized Sundance® Spas dealers. We may also use your information to understand how our customers use our Websites so that we can improve our services and your experience.

4.2 TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU

We use your personal information to respond to you when you contact us. We may also use your personal information to communicate with you about Sundance® Spas products or services, or promotions and marketing that we believe may be of interest to you.   1. HOW DO WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?

5.1 SUNDANCE AFFILIATED DEALERS.

Sundance is a global company that works with a network of trusted authorized resellers. We may share your personal information with an authorized Sundance® Spas dealer in your area to facilitate the sale, shipment, delivery or installation of the product and to provide maintenance and other services related to your product. We may also share your personal information with other companies within the Sundance family in connection with the promotion and sale of their products.

5.2 THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may share your personal information with third parties to provide services on our behalf, such as providing technical services, processing your payment, providing a service you have requested, or facilitating marketing activities and other promotions. These third parties may use only the personal information necessary to perform the required function and may not use it for any other purpose. We will not disclose, sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own independent use without your consent.

                                   

5.3 SOCIAL MEDIA

Your personal information may be disclosed in connection with your social media activity. If you connect or otherwise choose to engage with Sundance on social media, the social media site may collect your personal information or share information with us about your use of its services. Information you choose to share in a social media post may also be disclosed to a third party that is able to view that post. Please review the social media site's privacy policy and privacy settings to determine how your personal information is shared.

Our website includes social media features, such as a Facebook pixel, which may allow third parties to use cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies to collect data about your online activities on various websites or online services for advertising, and links, tracking buttons, pixels, web beacons or other methods to connect to Google, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram with similar features. One of our vendors is Google Remarketing, which may show you ads for things you viewed during a recent visit to our site. These ads may appear on various sites across the Internet. You can manage or opt out of what Google Remarketing promotes by visiting https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

5.4 INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING

You can visit the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Association of Canada for more information about interest-based advertising and to exercise your choice to opt out of certain ad targeting from participating companies.

Sundance may access, retain, use or disclose your personal information if we have a good-faith belief that we are required to do so by law, or that it is reasonably necessary to detect, prevent and address security, technical or fraud issues.

Sundance has the right to access, retain, use or disclose your personal information to protect the rights of the company, its property, its employees and others, or to enforce Sundance's billing or contracts. In the unlikely event that Sundance becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, sale or other change of ownership, our customers' personal information may be part of the transferred business assets.

Sundance is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of children on the Internet. The Sundance® Spas sites are general audience sites and are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, please notify us via email at privacy@sundancespas.com. Should we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will take steps to delete that information immediately.
